Features and main uses：

FN-H1099 is an additive flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin. The resin has moderate viscosity, good workability, anti sagging and good wettability to glass fiber, which is suitable for hand paste molding process. FN-H-1099 is suitable for manufacturing flame retardant products such as ships, vehicles, cooling towers, buildings, cable boxes, underground parts of coal mines, etc.

Reference formula:

FN-H-1099 resin 100 copies；Curing agent Butanox M-50 2 copies；Accelerator RCA 1~4 copies(dosage depends on temperature)

|
Matters needing attention:
|
|
1. Mix the resin evenly before using it.
|
|
2. High efficiency colorless accelerator should be avoided in the selection of accelerators, otherwise poor curing of products will easily lead to surface sticking, so RCA and other special accelerators for FRP should be selected.
|
|
3. When the construction environment humidity is high or the temperature is high, it is easy to cause the surface to become sticky. At this time, rs-402 wax can be properly added, and the recommended addition amount is 0.4 ~ 0.8%.
|
|
4. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃ to avoid fire and keep away from heat and radiation sources. The shelf life of products stored below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
